We have always seen models trying their hand at acting over the years and, in recent years, we have seen more and more models trying to make a name for themselves in Hollywood. The latest model who has decided to focus more on her acting career, is the beautiful and talented Charlotte McKinney, who has enjoyed a successful modelling career to date.
Charlotte McKinney already has some experience in the acting industry, appearing in a handful of television shows and movies in her career. Now though, Charlotte has confirmed that she is going to focus more on her acting career, starting with her role in the upcoming film Late Bloomer, which she filmed earlier in the year.
While we do not exactly know a great deal about what to expect from the upcoming movie, Late Bloomer has been officially described as, "The story of an adult male who, after the successful removal of a benign tumor resting against his pituitary gland, experiences all the changes and effects of puberty over a three-week period."
While Charlotte McKinney does not exactly have the biggest role in the movie, Late Bloomer does have a fairly impressive cast, including the likes of J.K. Simmons, Jane Lynch, Paul Wesley, Maria Bello, and Brittany Snow, among others. Late Bloomer is based on the Ken Baker book Man Made: A Memoir, with Kevin Pollak directing the movie, which is awaiting an official release date.
It will be interesting to see if Charlotte McKinney gets the recognition as an actress that she desires, or if her acting talent fails to win over the fans and critics. We will just have to wait and see.
