Getting older means wrinkles and choices about retirement plans, and other dubious tasks that can be a total drag! That being said, there are certain things about being a young person that one never misses. The angst and drama connected with young love is cumbersome enough, but is even more challenging if you live in the spotlight, so many young actors do. Recently Chloe Moretz, a working actress since the ripe old age of seven, is no stranger to life in the limelight.

The first movie she was nominated for an award for was The Amityville Horror, and subsequently has gone on to star in numerous films, such as Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Kick Ass and Dark Shadows. Life on screen is dramatic enough, but when your breakup with your boyfriend, in this case Brooklyn Beckham, is front-and-center in the news, you realize you are starring a very public drama called your own life.
Even worse than the breakup is the fact that some are connecting Selena Gomez to the dissolution of their relationship. Apparently Gomez and Chloe are friends, and Selena has been vocal about the idea that she is not appreciative of being connected to this matter. It has got to be incredibly difficult to have these kinds of events going on in your life, and then to have your friend included in the story as being culpable, just adds insult to injury.

The young, rich and powerful travel in the same circles, and some of why Chloe's relationship ending has been attributed to Selena is because she ran into Brooklyn at New York's Fashion Week. All the young and successful run into each other during that week of famously celebrating frocks, and hopefully this will just come down to a misunderstanding. On that note, the rest of us can be glad for our less-than-glamorous, non-celebrity private lives as we can have breakups without it being front-page news!
