There have been a lot of rumours going around about what we might expect to see happening in the upcoming new Marvel movie Avengers: Infinity War, with some of the people in the office coming up with some of their own ideas about what we could possibly see happening, and there was one idea from one person that the rest of us dismissed, moving on to the next one.

However, it seems that this idea actually might be one of the few that does actually happen. One of our writers suggested that we are going to get to see Gwyneth Paltrow's character Pepper Potts suiting up as Rescue in Avengers: Infinity War, which could then be continued for the next Iron Man movie, if and when it ever happens. While we all laughed it off, it seems like it just might happen.
Gwyneth was recently a guest on the hit talkshow The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, when she suggested that we could well see her suiting up as Rescue. Paltrow initially said, "You know, to be totally honest, I'm unclear. Because it's so secretive and it's all on green screen, and I'm not exactly sure. And they don't let me say anything."

Stephen Colbert then went on to ask, "Is there any chance, at any point, when you were working on the movie, did you thrust your hand toward someone wearing a blue suit with ping-pong balls on it?" To which the actress replied, "Yes."
So we would like to apologise to our writer who came up with that idea a few weeks back, it looks like you just might have hit the nail on the head. We are sorry!
Avengers: Infinity War is set to hit the big screen on April 27 in the UK and on May 4 in the US.
