The original American Idol Kelly Clarkson has been talking about her music, claiming that she finds it difficult to listen to some of her older music. Kelly also admits that she feels she has grown, as she can now accept some of the more cheesy songs that she records.

Clarkson told CNN, “Sometimes, I can’t listen to really old school songs… because they just use some much autotune when it’s not needed and it kills me, I can't listen to it. What I love about that though is on songs like Miss Independent, not only was it autotune, I just sounded different, I sounded so young.”
Kelly is due to release a greatest hits album with a cheesy new song on it, “[My song] Don’t Rush is on the US album, and I would totally not have picked that song before because I would have been, ‘That’s cheese.’ Now that I’m living cheese and I’m in love [with boyfriend Brandon Blackstock], I totally love it,” she added.

The Kelly Clarkson album Greatest Hits: Chapter One is set to feature some of her hit songs, including Since U Been Gone, My Life Would Suck Without You, Because of You, as well as new songs Catch My Breath and Don’t Rush. It is released in the UK on November 26.
