Hollywood actress Shailene Woodley has seen her acting career going from strength to strength over the past few years and has become one of the biggest and most sought after actresses in the business. Shailene has given us a number of impressive performances in recent years, including her role as Hazel in the big screen adaptation of the hit novel The Fault in Our Stars.
Following the success of the movie The Fault in Our Stars, which grossed $125m at the US box office and $300m worldwide from a budget of just $12m, there have been some rumours that we could see a sequel to the film. Shailene Woodley has now given her views on the possibility of making The Fault in Our Stars sequel and it seems that Shailene is not too keen on the idea.
Woodley was recently chatting to MTV UK, when she explained to them, "Death is something that just comes, as is life. And for us to create a sequel, I think is unfair to all the other people who have ideas in their head about where Hazel's life goes."
While it looks highly unlikely that we will ever see Shailene Woodley reprising her role as Hazel for The Fault in Our Stars 2, we do get to see the talented actress back on the big screen in the role of Tris, in the Divergent sequel Insurgent, which is scheduled to hit the big screen on March 20 in both the US and the UK. Check out the trailer for Insurgent, below.
