While it is fair to expect that the majority of the movie talk throughout the year will be about Marvel movies and DC films, as well as the new Star Wars project, there are still plenty more projects that we are looking forward to seeing, which might not get as much attention as they deserve. One of these movies is the upcoming film Crimson Peak, which opens later in the year.
Tom Hiddleston stars in Crimson Peak
One of the most interesting things about Crimson Peak is the impressive cast that has been brought together, with the British actors Charlie Hunnam and Tom Hiddleston leading the way. With Crimson Peak still a few months away from hitting the big screen, the cast and crew will be preparing for the film to get its big release.
For those of you who wish to know a little more about the movie, Crimson Peak has been officially described as, "In the aftermath of a family tragedy, an aspiring author is torn between love for her childhood friend and the temptation of a mysterious outsider. Trying to escape the ghosts of her past, she is swept away to a house that breathes, bleeds...and remembers."

As well as starring Tom Hiddleston and Charlie Hunnam, Crimson Peak boasts a fairly impressive cast, which includes such Hollywood names as Jessica Chastain, Mia Wasikowska, Burn Gorman, and Doug Jones, among others. Crimson Peak has been directed by Guillermo Del Toro, who also had a hand in the screenplay, along with Matthew Robbins and Lucinda Coxon, with the movie set to open on October 16 in both the US and the UK.
