Simon Cowell bought some property in Beverly Hills for $8m back in 2004, before knocking it all down and then rebuilding a stunning new $25m estate. The new mansion was recently complete and stands on 11,550 square foot, boasting five bedrooms.

The beautiful property also boasts 6 bathrooms, a state-of-the-art gym, luxury spa complete with wet steam room, lap pool, guest house, high-tech media theatre and a solarium. Considering he once lost everything, Simon Cowell certainly seems to be doing well for himself now.
